Pedal downhill to the villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van. Cycle on paved roads, stop anywhere to enjoy the fantastic scenery of mountains and rice paddy fields or to take photo, meet up with the Black H'mong and Red Dzao people in Muong Hoa Valley.
Pass Sapa Ancient Rock Field to reach the Black H'mong village of Su Pan and then continue mostly downhill to the Tay village of Ban Ho, where a picnic lunch will be served. Then explore the village and take a swim in the stream.
The last destination of your adventure today is Nam Toong Village where you'll visit the local school and a Red Dzao's house. Return to Ban Ho where your car is waiting to transfer you back to Sapa Town in the late afternoon.
